Objective:

The GynBiobank aims to provide high quality, ethically obtained biospecimens from women with a gynaecological disease to support research. It supports research into cancer origin, cancer diagnosis, improved treatments, and all work leading to better outcomes for women. The GynBiobank provides a number of products and services. These include: • fresh frozen tissue and its derivatives (DNA and RNA) • formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue • blood and its derivatives (plasma and genomic DNA). • tissue microarrays • detailed clinical data
